THE 4 R's
(OUR OBJECTIVES)

REACH

Without a doubt, the primary mission for the Church is to share the Gospel with the world. To stray from this objective individually, or corporately, is to neglect the very heartbeat of God. We were saved in order to offer salvation to others…we were given grace in order to extend grace.

“We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making His appeal through us.” 2 Corinthians 5:20

The King's House will always be evangelistically driven. We desire to reach the lost through our services and ministry.

Jesus said that He came to “seek and save what was lost.” Reaching the lost is essential for every person desiring to imitate and follow Jesus. God will use every willing life to share His love with those hurting and lost…yours included!

RAISE

“Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, even to the very end of the age.’” Matthew 28:18-20

God has a beautiful plan for each and every life.

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jer. 29:11

This plan begins with salvation, but most certainly does not end there! God has called each and every believer to become a “disciple” or a disciplined follower of Christ. If we, as followers of Christ, never grow and mature in our faith, we will never become all that God has called us to be or accomplish all the plans God has in store for us.

“Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a workman who does not need to be ashamed, and who correctly handles the Word of Truth.”

2 Tim. 2:15-16

The King’s House is dedicated to train, equip, and prepare every believer for works of service. This responsibility doesn’t fall solely on the church however. Every believer must be ready and willing to commit themselves to a life-long journey of continual learning, development, and growth. You will find opportunities to grow in our weekly services, Home Groups, retreats, ministry involvement, as well as ongoing discipleship classes.

RELEASE

“After this the Lord appointed seventy-two others and sent them two-by-two ahead of Him to every town and place where He was about to go. He told them, “the harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the Harvest, therefore, to send out workers into the harvest field. Go! I am sending you out like lambs among wolves.’” Luke 10:1-3

The Church should not serve as a “holding tank” but as a “launching pad.” The vision of The King’s House is not to assemble as many believers as possible into the same building on Sunday mornings. The vision of The King’s House is to raise up as many disciples as possible and release them into their callings and into a world that is ready for harvest.

“Again Jesus said, “Peace be with you! As the Father has sent me, I am sending you.” John 20:21

“The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few!” The Lord is calling no one to simply occupy a church seat for the rest of his/her life. He desires for every believer to find their place in the body of Christ and function there as a crucial member of the body. Some will serve at The King’s House. Others will serve local churches. Still, others will work in ministries in various parts of the world. Regardless of what you are called to or where the Lord is asking you to serve, The King’s House will strive to see you equipped and then released into all God has called for your life.

REPRODUCE

Spiritual reproduction is a key and crucial element in the Kingdom of God.  Jesus modeled this truth to us in His earthly ministry. For three years, Jesus shared His life and His ministry with His twelve companions. They saw Him in His greatest victories and in the most trying and difficult times. He taught them how to love, how to show compassion, and how to live a Spirit-led life.

“I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master’s business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you.” John 15:15

We see this model continued on in the New Testament through the life of Paul and others such as Timothy.

“To Timothy my true son in the faith: Grace, mercy, and peace from God the Father and Christ Jesus our Lord.” 1 Timothy 1:2

Spiritual reproduction and mentorship are vital and necessary parts of a healthy church. We believe that as you move forward and take steps in your growth and relationships with God, you should always be “reaching back” to take others on the journey with you. Christians should do nothing alone! We seek to reproduce ourselves in every area of our lives, ministries, and departments.
